Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
Explanation
1.1 The following terms and conditions are the standard terms and conditions that apply to all Subscriptions and Purchases with Gruppo.CC Coffee (“Gruppo”).
1.2 By proceeding with a subscription or an individual purchase, you confirm you consent to the Gruppo terms and conditions.
2. Subscription
2.1 Customers subscribe with Gruppo via the Gruppo website at www.gruppocc.com.au (“the Website”)
2.2 Customers will be prompted to create an account which will require a name, email address and password.
2.3 Once an account is created, you become a Subscriber.
2.4 The fee for subscription with Gruppo will be $65.00 per month, with a further charge of $10.00 for each delivery of coffee (“the Subscription Fee”).
2.5 Payment of the Subscription Fee is done via the Website and the date of payment will become your monthly payment date.
2.6 Upon payment of the Subscription Fee, you will become a Gruppo Subscriber, and entitled to the benefits of subscription.
3. Benefits of Subscription
3.1 The benefits of subscription will include:
a. delivery of 1kg of roasted coffee beans every 4 weeks.
b. four entries into the next prize draw.
3.2 Each prize draw will be drawn at the specified date via the website and winners will be notified via email.
3.3 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Pausing or Cancelling your Subscription
4.1 You can pause (skip) or cancel your Gruppo subscription by logging on to your account on the Website and selecting the “Pause your Subscription” button or the “Cancel your Subscription” button.
4.2 Should you pause or cancel your subscription, this will take effect by your next monthly payment date. There will be no refund for any Subscription Fee already paid.
4.3 Should you pause or cancel your subscription, you will cease to enjoy the benefits of subscription in clause 3, until such time as you re-subscribe, and pay the Subscription Fee.
5. Individual Purchase
5.1 Customers are welcome to make individual coffee purchases via the Website.
5.2 The fee for an individual 250gram bag of coffee will be $19.00 plus with a further charge of $10.00 for each delivery.
5.3 For each individual purchase of an individual 250gram bag of coffee the customer will also receive one entry in the prize draw. Refer clause 3.2.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Except as permitted by the copyright law, you may not reproduce or communicate any of the content on this website, without the permission of the copyright owner, Gruppo.
6.2 All graphics, imagery, content and the use of the name Gruppo and logo is owned by Gruppo and may not be reproduced or traded upon with the written consent of Gruppo.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 Whilst all care has been taken in providing the coffee products and prizes, to the extent permitted by law, Gruppo cannot be deemed liable for any adverse effects due to consumption of the coffee products or use of the prizes.
7.2 While we take all reasonable care in the construction, operation and content of this Website, we make no guarantee or warranty that:
a. the use of the Website will be uninterrupted or virus and error free;
b. any information contained in the Website is complete, accurate or up to date.
7.3 You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing the Website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system. We are not responsible for any interference or damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of the Website or any other website linked to the Website.
7.4 Access to the Website may be terminated at any time by us without notice.
8. Privacy
8.1 Gruppo collect collects personal information to provide and market its products and sponsorship opportunities and may disclose that information to its contractors who assist it with these activities.
8.2 It may disclose personal information to its IT service providers where required or authorised by law or where consent to such disclosure is given.

9. Governing Law
The governing law of these Terms and Conditions will be the laws of Victoria.
